Respect Me is Scotland’s anti-bullying service that was launched in March 2007. The service is fully funded by the Scottish Government and is managed by SAMH (Scottish Association for Mental Health) in partnership with LGBT Youth Scotland.
On completion PSYV's will:
Be able to identify different types of bullying
Explore the issue of fear and respect
Group room or classroom
1 to 8 x 30 minute blocks.
You will need access to a screen/TV and a computer with access to the internet to watch the videos.

Activity 1: Starter
Think about and discuss as a group what bullying is. Use flip chart and post-its to make it as interactive as possible.
Activity 2: How do I know it's bullying?
Watch this video to make sure everyone has a clear understanding of what bullying is and the different forms it takes.
Activity 3: Exploring Fear & Respect
Use this guide to explore the concepts of fear and respect. The purpose is to empower young people to make positive decisions about their own relationships and behaviour as well as responding to the actions of others.
Activity 4: Introducing Andy's Story
Andy's story is an award winning drama production developed with young people from St Margaret Mary's Secondary School in Glasgow.
Activity 5: Andy's Story Drama
Try allocating roles and reading through the script. Are there way's you'd like to change the script? Once you are happy prepare for a performance of Andy's Story.
